DawgHouse Training
More Than "Just An Athlete"
Playing collegiate sports takes more than High-School provided workouts. DawgHouse Student-Athlete Training is here to help fill in those gaps! With a heavy emphasis on injury prevention and mental preparation, we help keep athletes on the field and in the best position to make the big play!
Training for Champions/ Build, Perform, Recover
From explosive workouts to injury recovery and scouting prep, DawgHouse Student-Athlete Training equips you with the skills, strength, and strategy to dominate on and off the field.

Group Training
With a heavy focus on explosiveness and fast-twitch muscle fiber, our group training sessions are the perfect choice for every athlete!

Scouting Guidance
Interacting with scouts can be a very difficult skill to develop. We teach our athletes how to maintain those relationships while also advocating for them when the scouts ask questions!

Personal Training
For our most serious athletes we offer small group personal training that incudes a specially designed lifting schedule and food recommendations.

On-Field Training
Being fast isn't enough in today's game. We spend lots of time on the field building overall athleticism to make sure our athletes are always at their best!

Injury Prevention
We believe the best ability is Availability. We focus very heavily on Injury Prevention to keep our athletes on the field and getting scouted!

Return to Play
As part of our injury prevention program, we will work with an athletes physical therapy plan to get them back to playing speed SAFELY.

Our 4 Pillars For Success

Explosiveness
When it comes down to it, the best athletes in the world all have 1 thing in common. They are all explosive in their movements. It doesn't matter if the athlete is a 350 lb offensive lineman that needs to fire his hands into a D-Lineman or a 180 lb receiver that explodes off the ball, fast twitchy movements are important for everyone on the football field.

Mental Preparation
Being a great athlete is important, but being mentally prepared before stepping on the field is even more important. Coaches trust players that understand the game better which will result in more opportunities during games. Mental preparation also helps prevent injury since athletes will know where the contact should be coming from. Overall, this turns a good player into a great one.

Injury Prevention
Whereas completely avoiding injury is impossible, training the muscles that get neglected is a great way to avoid the majority of injuries that athletes deal with during a season. As part of our injury prevention program, we dedicate our Wednesday classes to recovery and injury prevention to ensure your athlete remains on the field getting seen by scouts!

Well Rounded Person
This is often the most neglected part of an athletes training. It doesn't matter how great of an athlete you are or how prepared you are; no one wants to help a jerk. Being likeable and having a good moral compass is something we place a huge value on here at the DawgHouse. This is truly the pillar we are most proud of and hope this is what sticks with our athletes forever.
Our Process
At DawgHouse, we take a strategic approach to athletic development. Our process focuses on building explosive strength, preventing injuries, and preparing mentally for the game.
