​​Be more prepared for College Football
College is getting more and more expensive every year. We firmly believe that for the majority of athletes, a college scholarship is better than walking onto a large D1 program where they will sit the bench for 3 years and rack up $80,000 in debt.​

Becoming a better athlete
This is the best starting point for getting that scholarship. We use resistance training to safely make an athlete more explosive for the "wow factor" on the field.

Mental Preparation
Injury Prevention is something we focus on heavily at the DawgHouse. Not only do injuries make it more difficult to get film for colleges, it also takes a toll on athletes mental health that can hurt grades, behavior and even cause sleeping/eating problems.
Being better mentally prepared than any opponent on the field. Most people watch film for less than an hour a week with their team. We talk about mental preparation and football IQ every class, and even offer seminars for more detailed explanation.

Sense of community
This is an underrated benefit of joining our movement. When Athletes go to camps for colleges, going with a teammate or someone else can drastically improve nerves and performance.

Build a good person
Our members are more than just an athlete. We do not allow any kind of bullying or slanderous talk about other people in the gym. We are here to better ourselves and that includes becoming the best person we can be. Our morals are taken very seriously and our athletes are expected to maintain them both inside the gym and out of it.
